The top of the mountain in Niseko will be collecting more so should be a great morning out

Temperatures were below zero overnight, the terrain is dry and powdery.  North westerly winds around 25km/hr today should see most if not all lifts turning across all resorts.  The  average wind chill is down to around minus 17 with a maximum temperature of 0 degrees at the base.   Visibility is variable,  a partially sunny day ahead with on and off snow showers suggested.
