Overnight temperatures were below freezing. Possible wind conditions across all resorts today will see some top lifts closed. Snowlayers are stabilizing and the terrain is dry and powdery. The average wind chill should be down to around minus 12 with a maximum temperature of minus 2 degrees. Fresh north westerly winds are said to be picking up at around 45kms per hour . Visibilty is variable, clearer on the lower parts of the mountain with heavy cloud up top. Great conditions leading us into the new year in Niseko.
Calm winds and fresh tracks everywhere yesterday.

The top lifts were open, it was simply amazing.

A dusting of new snow at the base overnight and snow should continue throughout today.

Such a great weekend of skiing and boarding in Niseko! There was easily over a metre dry snow. We may have seen a few of the top lifts closed however we all had big smiles and could rave that strawberry fields was not only waist deep it was chest deep!
