Niseko Hanazono Snow Report 31.12.08



Overnight temperatures were below freezing. Possible wind conditions across all resorts today will see some top lifts closed. Snowlayers are stabilizing and the terrain is dry and powdery. The average wind chill should be down to around minus 12 with a maximum temperature of minus 2 degrees. Fresh north westerly winds are said to be picking up at around 45kms per hour . Visibilty is variable, clearer on the lower parts of the mountain with heavy cloud up top.
